  • Describe the regulations of vitamins and supplements in the United States.
  • Identify the clinical symptoms and laboratory abnormalities that suggest the presence of vitamin deficiency in older adults.
  • Describe the optimal vitamin supplementation regimens in treating vitamin deficiencies.
