  • Define frailty and conceptualize frailty as a syndrome and not part of normal aging
  • Discuss ways to assess frailty, mobility and falling risk and identify people who may benefit from evidence-based interventions
  • Utilize an Age-Friendly framework for assessing patient preferences and health outcome goals related to fall prevention interventions
  • Determine which evidence-based fall prevention interventions to start, stop or continue based on patients’ health priorities as the focus of communication and decision making
